Sushi Shop, forerunner of the sushi market, is looking for a passionate individual looking to be part of an experienced and creative team. The supervisor will be assigned to a defined location district to ensure compliance of operations and customer service. The supervisor is the main contact between the franchisees and the head office. Communication, your analytical skills and decision-making will be fully valued in this position. Our structure allows us to offer you a flexible schedule, to travel, to work with autonomous and professional people in an enriching environment whose main function is to check the quality of the food offered, to control the brand standards as well as to optimize sales.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a business consultant for Franchisees;
  • Prioritize store performance issues to make certain that the issues most directly affecting profitability are addressed first;
  • Correcting the lapses in compliance with corporate policies and health policies, with a punctual follow-up system;
  • Organize franchisee meetings;
  • Reporting to the Operations Director on a regular basis on current status of operations responsibilities and performances and have a monthly report prepared.

Position requirements

  • Have a college diploma in food service and restaurant management or a related discipline;
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory position;
  • Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, creativity, and a good sense of organization;
  • Have leadership;
  • Proven sense of customer service;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Good work ethic;
  • Demonstrate rigor;
  • Own a car and be flexible;
