Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist will define and develop strategic brand directions to design and implement web merchandising tactics and digital marketing campaigns within the brand to enhance the online customer experience, solidify customer loyalty, increase revenue and grow market share.

 

Responsibilities

  • Online Ordering Platforms: Ensure site profitability and sales objectives by driving concrete actions that will result in sales and increased traffic to the site
  • UX/UI: Be proactive and creative to improve the user experience and ease of finding products on the site
  • Social Media: Content creation, planning and coordination, briefing, analysis, community management and performance review: IG, FB (national and local), Youtube, Tik Tok, Snap Chat, Linkedin
  • Website: update and continuous improvement of the website in collaboration with our internal or external partners
  • Advertising campaigns: Implementation and optimization on electronic media
  • SEO : Optimization of the platforms
  • SEM : Work in close collaboration with the media agency to align our promotions with our SEM campaigns
  • Implementation and communication of digital marketing best practices
  • Newsletter: Research, briefing, creation, programming, management and analysis of newsletters
  • Loyalty: Management and optimization of the loyalty program
  • Management of the customer database
  • Support and advice to franchisees
  • All other tasks related to electronic media and digital marketing

Profile

  • University degree or college diploma in digital marketing
  • 2 to 3 years experience in digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of online digital media, including websites, social media, email marketing and online advertising (PPC, Google AdWords)
  • Experience implementing B2C strategies for small businesses
  • Strong understanding of the mechanics of prospect and customer database management, segmentation and development
  • Very good understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and web traffic indicators
  • Excellent technical writing skills in information technology, including email as a platform
  • Experience in website visibility optimization, as well as A/B and MVT testing
  • Experience in designing and developing online promotional materials
  • Excellent skills and experience in negotiating and managing external suppliers, such as web agencies, web developers, press, printers, etc.
  • Team player, strong leadership skills and comfortable working in a multi-functional environment
  • Have an agile approach, oriented towards obtaining quick and quantifiable results in order to effectively adjust the approach
  • Ability to analyze and reason logically
  • Ability to take ownership of a project and drive it to success
  • Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects and events simultaneously
  • Ability to conduct and present in-depth research
  • Autonomy and professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop teamwork
  • Strong interest in technology and ability to work with technical resources
  • Good command of social media and their influence
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
