The chosen person will assist in various projects primarily related to the marketing and operational management activities of the Sushi Shop banner. This person must have outstanding organizational skills, a strong curiosity and desire to learn, the ability to work well in a team, great adaptability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering exemplary quality work.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Assist managers and employees with a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material. Familiarize oneself with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Ability to effectively communicate through phone and email, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals, and a high degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent oral and written proficiency in French and English.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

  • Saint-Laurent, QC H4S 1M5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:
