RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Accounts receivable collection and follow up
• Accounts receivable data entry and invoicing
• Administrative support on special on-demand projects
• Account reconciliation
• Full cycle Accounts receivable tasks
• Different weekly account receivable report
• Other related tasks

PROFILE :

• 3 years experience in a similar role
• Cegep diploma – preferably in accounting
• Detail-orientated, advanced in Microsoft Excel
• Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills (English and French)
• Ability to deal effectively with customers
• Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for insights
• Positive outlook with the ability to adjust quickly to change
• Knowledge of ACCPAC accounting software is considered an asset
