CORE RESPONSABILITIES

The dishwasher’s responsibilities are to ensure that all dishes are washed in the correct way (by hand or machine depending on the item to be washed) and that the work area is kept clean and tidy, and safe at all times. He may also be called upon to participate in the maintenance of the equipment and the work environment while ensuring that hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are respected, both for customers and for his co-workers. If there is interest from the candidate, the dishwasher may also be responsible for assisting the front line the prep line.

REPORTS TO: Kitchen Manager

QUALITIES/REQUIREMENTS:

• No experience required.

• Punctuality and diligence in the performance of his duties.

• Has a sense of organization and priorities.

• Proper of his work and his person.

• Fast and alert.

• Has attention to detail.

• Ability to perform under pressure.

· Has a high level of team spirit.

· Has a good physical shape.

The schedule varies depending on the position, day, evening or weekend. Frequent work on weekends and holidays. Full time or part shift. Intensive work at mealtimes.
