Bâton Rouge launches its new Summer Seafood menu!

On June 3rd, 2019, our Summer seafood menu will be launching in all BR locations. This new menu is very exciting for 2 main reasons: Firstly, unlike previous years, this menu is comprised of a variety of seafood items that is sure to suit all tastes. As per popular demand, we brought back the lobster poutine which has been continuously requested by our guests, ever since we removed it from the menu a year ago. We also included exciting novelty items such as tuna poke bowl and shrimp naanwhiches. Secondly, we have partnered with a local trendy Montreal brand – SMOKE SHOW Hot Sauce and are using this sauce to enhance our offerings. They have a loyal following, especially with millennials, and fierce fan engagement. They have partnered with many trendy restaurants such as Bremner and Mandy’s, and are widely known in the foodie world.
