Victor Mandel has over twenty-five years of experience in corporate strategy and corporate governance. Mr. Mandel previously served as Chairman of Ambac Financial Group, as well as chair of its Governance and Nominating Committee and member of its Audit and Strategy and Risk Policy Committees. Additionally, he has previously served as a member of the board of directors and on the audit committees of Comsys IT Partners, Broadpoint Gleacher Securities, and XLHealth. He previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Circle.com. Mr. Mandel served as vice president in the Investment Research department at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Mandel holds an MBA in Finance from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, an A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mrs. Zalter is currently Vice President, Advisory Services at Oberfeld Snowcap. She has over 28 years of expertise in the shopping center industry across North America. She is an established real estate consultant to regional, national and international retailers developing market penetration strategies and portfolio optimization. Suzan has worked directly for a public, global fashion retailer on the executive team. Suzan holds a Bachelor of Science from Concordia University of Montreal and is a member of the ICSC
